We want you to love your shades, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-custom eyewear. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Start Your Request

    Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

    Select Your Items

    Choose the specific sunglasses you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason so we can improve our gear.

  • 3.
    Print and Ship

    Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original hard case or box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
